See Occupational Therapist Run

Workbook to help fellow occupational therapy practitioners and occupational therapy students practice self-care to manage burnout.

As an occupational therapist with over 30 years working in many practice areas, and an academic fieldwork coordinator and professor in an occupational therapy doctorate program, I have interviewed hundreds of OTPs to learn about their greatest pain points. This workbook is divided into 10 chapters (miles) to explore each of the areas that are most challenging in our profession. Each mile provides thoughtful tips on how to navigate each turn in the road to bring fulfillment and enjoyment back to the career you once loved.
